Insurance, Billing and Fees

As a patient of the Center for Plastic Surgery, you assume a personal obligation and responsibility for your account. We request payments in full at the time services are rendered, unless subsequent arrangements have been made with our office manager.

The Center for Plastic Surgery does not bill medical insurance, however if any patient chooses to submit a claim to their insurance provider, our staff would be happy to provide all necessary information in assistance.

Please keep in mind, fees will be collected up front and your insurance company will reimburse you directly.
